**About the role**

This is an 8-month maternity cover contract starting in mid-April, and the primary function of this role is to provide support to the CEO based in Auckland, and virtual support to the COO based in Mt Maunganui.
- Manage an active calendar of appointments
- Compose and prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations and reports
- Complex expense reports; create and amend PO's, manage credit card payments
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries to ensure effective travel with mínimal disruption
- Compile and prepare supporting documentation for meetings.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors, as required, to facilitate all Board activities and arrangements including travel, meeting documentation and minutes.

**So who are you and what is your background?**:

- Extensive experience providing administrative support to senior/executive leadership
- Works with a 'no job too small' attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple, conflicting deadlines
- Open and honest communicator
