We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant that is not afraid to use their initiative.

**Purpose of Position**:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level EA support directly to both the Chief Health Professions Officer, the Chief Health Professions Officer’s senior team to ensure that they are able to work efficiently and effectively to meet organisational strategic objectives.

**About The Role**:

- Provide high-level EA support to the Chief Health Professions Officer, ensuring that they and their direct reports are able to work efficiently and effectively and meet all strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the ownership of the end-to-end workflow process around OIA responses, and for managing OIA correspondence, systems and processes to ensure they support timely and quality completion of responses to OIA requests
- Work within and as part of the corporate business team of personal assistants to provide secretarial, administrative and executive assistance to the Executive Management Team to ensure efficient, effective and customer focussed service delivery and to meet the day-to-day operating needs of the office.

- Excellent organisation and negotiation skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
