Marketing Officer Needed

Julibridal is a leading retailer of wedding dresses, ball dresses, jewellery and other accessories. We now need a marketing officer in our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with 30 guaranteed hours per week. The hourly rate is $34 to $35.

The job involves the following tasks and duties:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business goals
- Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns, focusing on digital platforms
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with web developers to maintain and optimize the company website.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
- Market Research and Customer Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify target customer demographics and industry trends.
- Advising on product mix and pricing based on market research
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
- Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
- Work with the sales team to ensure promotions are aligned with sales goals.
- Advising on selling and distribution channels
- Maintain and enhance company’s brand image across all marketing channels.

To qualify for the job, you need to have a bachelor or above qualification in marketing. You should have can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure. You should also have good analytical skills.
