We’re growing fast globally (we launched 17 new markets last week), and we’re on the lookout for a Chief Marketing Officer to help us define and amplify the next chapter of our story. Please note: This role can be based in either our Auckland, NZ office or our Sydney, Australia office. The Opportunity As our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead the global marketing team and shape how the world meets, understands and falls in love with Tracksuit. You’ll craft and elevate our brand story, build demand across markets, and deepen our connection with the communities we serve. You’ll also champion what it truly means to be a brand believer. At Tracksuit, we turn brand health measures into meaningful outcomes, the kind that help brand believers everywhere (marketers, agencies, and media platforms) build great brands and strengthen their reputations. To do this well, you’ll need to bring your own conviction: a deep belief in brand, its commercial power, and its ability to move people and businesses forward. You’ll sit on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), playing a key role in scaling Tracksuit with care, creativity, and global ambition. This is an opportunity for a world class marketing leader who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator. Someone who can inspire big creative ideas, drive commercial results, and build systems and teams that scale beautifully. What You'll Do: You will be a highly visible ambassador for Tracksuit: speaking, writing and representing us publicly Being a thought leader on brand, marketing and measurement Own Tracksuit’s global brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction - protecting and evolving our voice to ensure every touchpoint feels distinctly “Tracksuit.”Accountable for planning cycles, operational excellence and scaling processes and cross‑functional rituals Build strong strategic relationships in the ecosystem Lead integrated, data‑informed campaigns that turn awareness into high quality demand, building a world class demand engine in partnership with Sales and Product Grow our global reputation and community through authentic PR, community, events, and distinctive storytelling that reflect our energy and purpose Transform product value customer insights into powerful narratives that drive adoption, advocacy and customer obsession Build scalable marketing systems, automation, and analytics frameworks that help us measure what matters and continually improve Champion responsible AI adoption within marketing, building fluency and confidence in how technology can enhance creativity, productivity, and insight, without losing our human‑centred approach Contribute as a member of the ELT, shaping our global strategy, aligning teams across markets, and role‑modeling authentic, values‑led leadership What Success Looks Like Tracksuit’s brand awareness, share of voice, and advocacy is growing across key regions Marketing is delivering meaningful pipeline and revenue impact We have high quality, consistent global storytelling and brand trust A high performing, values‑led team that balances creativity with commercial impact That's the role, so who are you?A senior marketing leader, with at least 10 years of Product & Brand marketing experience You have deep experience scaling global B2 B or Saa S brands Equally comfortable shaping brand strategy, creative leadership, and performance analytics A builder of diverse, high‑performing, and inspired teams.
