**About the role**

Ideally, with some previous sales experience, you will contribute proven customer service and administrative skills. Moreover, you should be a collaborative team player who enjoys assisting and supporting others, thereby contributing to the business’s success.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Exceptional English language skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams
- Represent the organization at seminars, and forums, and act as a liaison between areas of responsibility.
- An ability to speak more than one language will be an advantage
