**What you’ll be doing**

Demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills as you operate as part of an effective and engaged Customer Relations team.

You will primarily be responsible for representing Chorus in Disputes Tribunal engagement along with supporting the wider Operate Customer teams complaint management channels and dispute resolution for our significant stakeholders.

- Sound understanding of and practical field experience working with the physical Chorus network preferred
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised
- Strong resilience
- Commercially astute
- Have a flexible and supportive working approach
- The ability to calmly deal with a high pressure environment.
- Experience in complaint management in the telecommunications industry and proven stakeholder management skills advantageous
