The Council's IT function plays a pivotal role in our organisation through its range of information and technology services, supporting the delivery of the Council's services to the community. There is virtually nothing that happens in our organisation without some IT touch.

**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**
- Work within the Customer Experience Platform team to ensure our platforms are proactively monitored, managed, standards compliant and follow best practices.
- Lead our platform enhancements programme to ensure our continual improvement.
- Represent the team working closely with other platform specialists, managers, architects, suppliers to form strong partnerships that deliver on our customer-centred approach.

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
- Expertise and/or extensive knowledge of the following areas: Identity Management; Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365); Share Point Online and Automation (Nintex Automation Cloud, Power Platform).
- Expertise and/or knowledge of information management and technology disciplines, including latest development in information management and technology practices.
- At least 10 years' experience in IT, with 5 years in a platform specialist role.
- A positive attitude. Reliable with excellent teamwork and time management skills.

**_ Hours of work_**_ - 37.5 - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday._
**_Position _**_- Permanent _
**_Location_**_ - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street._
