Digital Marketing Specialist - Intermediate / Senior

Limelight Digital helps good businesses grow through smart strategy, bold ideas, and execution that actually performs.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys the mix of strategy, creativity, and data, and wants their ideas to genuinely make a difference.

As we grow, this person will play a key role in managing a wider client portfolio and strengthening the relationships that already sit at the heart of our work.

There's space for this role to grow over time, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and help shape how our digital team works.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead digital strategy and performance across a mix of lead-gen and eCommerce clients, acting as a trusted partner across paid social, paid search, and some SEO.

This is a role where you'll help shape direction while staying close to the work, owning campaigns, shaping content, guiding creative, and bringing sharp insights to clients.

You'll play a key part in how accounts grow by staying across execution, performance, and the day to day levers that drive results, with support from the wider team. You'll also stay on top of platform shifts, trends, and the changes AI is bringing to marketing.

  • Pride in producing work that's smart, accurate, and commercially impactful

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience with Tiktok, Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, UX principles, or simple video creation.
