A talented, midweight Digital Designer to join our team, driving creative performance for our clients and agency. The person we're looking for has a proven background in agency or client-side, is creative, and is a great team player.

• Take responsibility for the creation of digital content across a wide variety of industries and channels, including social media, Google display, video, web, and more.
• Produce designs and associated assets for paid and organic social media and Google display ads.
• Creating motion graphics and video editing.
• Supporting presale UX audits, front-end design for websites and landing pages, as well as other ad hoc tasks as required.
• Translating marketing strategies and creative briefs, using brand positioning, and market research into effective designs.
• Working closely with both account managers and digital specialist teams to ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility, channel requirements, brand guidelines, and meet client expectations.
• Keep up to date with current design trends and innovation.
• Nice to have: Videography skills

• Tertiary qualification in digital design or a similar field (bachelor's degree preferred)

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience

• Strong Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Xd, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects, and Indesign. Experience using Figma is desirable, but not necessary.
• Understanding of and experience with brand development, such as logo design, brand guidelines, and print applications, is a bonus
• Experience with front-end design for websites and landing pages, and a good understanding of UX, is highly desirable.
• Must be able to work as part of a tight-knit, collaborative team, while also being able to work autonomously.
• Internal and external stakeholder management required, as you'll be working closely with account managers and social media/digital specialists.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, jumping quickly between varying priorities.
• Some knowledge of html would be helpful, but not a necessity.

Our Zib Digital NZ office in Christchurch, reporting to our Production Leadership. This is an in-house role.
