***A little bit about the role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join Kathmandu as the Digital Performance Specialist. You will drive measurable growth across digital marketing channels by managing, optimising, and analysing performance campaigns ensuring digital investments are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. Day to day responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support setup, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across social, search, affiliate, and marketplace channels.
- Maintain accurate, optimised product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, etc.).
- Run in-house marketplace media campaigns aligned to product and category goals.
- Collaborate with media agencies to ensure campaign alignment with business and trade priorities.
- Contribute to SEO and organic visibility through keyword research, audits, and optimised listings.
- Brief, test, and optimise creative assets with brand and content teams for channel fit.
- Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, copy, targeting, placements, and landing pages.
- Monitor channel performance closely, spotting risks and inefficiencies early.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable next steps tied to sales targets.

- **Trend Monitoring**: Staying up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures accuracy in campaign setup, data analysis, reporting, and tagging
- **Commercial Acumen & Spend Efficiency**: Demonstrates a strong understanding of how digital performance impacts business results, with a focus on driving efficiency and maximising value from media spend.
- Agility & Resilience - Thrives in fast-paced environments and comfortable reprioritising based on business needs. Responds quickly to trade performance shifts or stock/supply challenges

**Qualification & Experience Requirements**:

- **Paid Media Campaign Management**: Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, affiliate networks, and marketplaces.
- **Marketplace Advertising**: Experience running media campaigns on platforms like Amazon, eBay, The Iconic, or other retail marketplaces.
- **SEO & Organic Growth**: Skills in keyword research, SEO audits, and optimizing product listings for search visibility.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Strong skills in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other BI platforms to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights.
- **Product Feed Management**: Experience with tools like Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager to maintain accurate and optimized product feeds.
- **Ad Tech & Tagging**: Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setups.
