We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is curious, creative, and practical. Someone who enjoys solving problems, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing work that delivers results.

Many of our clients are lead generation focused, with a mix of professional services and eCommerce brands giving you variety in campaign types and business goals to work with.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage a portfolio of lead generation and eCommerce clients, acting as a trusted digital marketing partner. You'll plan, execute, and optimise paid search, paid social, and SEO activity, create content that performs, and guide clients through data-driven results.

Day to day, that means:

  • Developing and managing social media strategies across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, including content planning, creative direction, campaign management, optimisation and reporting.
  • Creating and managing Paid Search campaigns that drive measurable business growth

  • Supporting website projects and ensuring they're built with performance and user experience in mind

  • Creating content and ad copy that is engaging, on brand, and written for the right audience

  • Guiding social content direction to ensure posts, ads, and assets support campaign objectives and brand tone

  • Tweaking and mocking up creative assets in Canva or similar tools to support campaigns and content (our designers handle the heavy lifting, but you'll bring ideas to life quickly when needed)

  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies that strengthen visibility and user experience, focusing on relevance, content quality, and on-site improvements.

  • Using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track, measure, and interpret performance

  • Communicating results clearly with clients, turning data into insights and practical recommendations they can act on.

  • Collaborating with team members on client strategies

  • Staying across emerging trends, AI tools, and platform changes

What we're looking for

You might have a marketing degree or a few years of hands-on experience running campaigns. Ideally, you'll have proven experience in a digital agency environment where you've managed multiple clients and campaigns at once. Either way, you understand how digital marketing connects to business growth.

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

  • Strong experience developing and managing paid social media campaigns, including strategy, content direction, and optimisation

  • A strong understanding of audience behaviour across social platforms and how to turn insights into content that performs

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns that deliver measurable results

  • A good understanding of SEO built on quality work, not shortcuts

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills - clear, smart, and on brand

  • An eye for design and confidence using Canva or similar tools, with the ability to create simple short-form video content when needed

  • Curiosity about emerging tools and confidence using AI platforms like ChatGPT or Gemini to work smarter

  • Confidence using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

  • A clear grasp of how data links to commercial outcomes

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills - you'll enjoy working directly with clients

  • A collaborative attitude and genuine care for the work you produce

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Google Merchant Center from a marketing perspective, including managing product feeds, optimising listings, and tracking performance

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and user experience principles

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo / Mailchimp

  • Ability to create simple, effective video content (for ads, reels, or social posts) or guide clients on how to capture it well
