**About the role**:
As the Office Coordinator you will provide support to the management team across different departments of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing executive and administrative support to different departments of the business
- Diary management, action points and documentation
- Coordinating meetings and liasing with internal and external stakeholders including travel administration
- Contract Management including variations and change control
**About you**:
You will ideally be a proactive, initiative-driven person with the ability and motivation to work in a fast paced environment. To succeed you will need:
- Great time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement
- Diary/Calendar management experience
- Contract Management experience would be an advantage
