Auckland City, New Zealand Gallup Full time

Champion Gallup’s analytics and advice and guide forward-thinking conversations with our clients._

As a Relationship Manager at Gallup, you’ll be responsible for managing the client experience. Leading a variety of workplace-focused projects, you’ll act as the liaison between clients and our internal business teams, perfectly balancing client centricity and expectations with the scope of the project.

You ensure that the projects are executed successfully from inception to completion, coordinating timelines and various work streams. You will process information, manage spreadsheets, and keep clients and internal teams up to date on project activities. We count on your diligence to ensure records are accurate and complete, and we know that you won’t rest until even the smallest discrepancies have been resolved. Whether it’s working with internal teams or communicating with clients, our best in this role are able to build strong relationships that leave people with a positive impression of Gallup.

**Who we want**:
**Proactive communicators**. Serving as the single point of contact for client communication, you’re responsible for creating that perfect client experience. Always looking for buildout opportunities with clients, you see openings for powerful changes as you partner with your sales teams to transform potential into possibilities.

**Project managers**. Changing timelines? Increase in scope? New stakeholder expectations? In this role, you’ve got it all covered as you ensure that projects get delivered on time and always with the highest level of excellence.

**Customer-focused partners**. Are you known for your ability to work with a variety of people to accomplish a shared goal? We hope so, because our best are. Engaging, supportive and resourceful are just a few words to describe our most successful client relationship associates.

**Problem solvers**. Whether it’s a tricky client question or an unexpected project challenge, we know we can count on you to solve the issue. Researching resolutions, connecting the dots and seeing solutions that others miss are just a few reasons clients ask for you by name.

**Continuous learners**. Do you have a passion for learning? Do new challenges excite you? Our best have an innate drive to know our business inside and out, and they thrive when they use their knowledge to advance our clients’ successes.

**What you need**:

- A bachelors degree is required
- Executive administration, event or project coordination experience
- Experience creating and executing client deliverables that propel action
- Excellent organisational skills to juggle competing demands and to ensure the development and implementation of proper systems and processes in an agile environment
- Applicants must be authorised to work in New Zealand on a full-time basis

**What we offer**:
We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths — what you do _right_, rather than what you do wrong — and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:

- A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture

- Ongoing learning and development opportunities and purposeful career growth tailored to your unique talents
- Mission-driven work that changes the lives of people around the world
- A robust benefits package

And the perks don’t stop there. Learn more about life at Gallup.
