This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between key influencers at the client and Iress, ensuring the client sees Iress as a strategic and trusted partner, essential to the growth of their business. Viewed as an essential link between the needs of the client and the capabilities of Iress to meet those needs, the senior relationship manager ensures that both parties deliver on their contractual commitments, build a mutually beneficial, sustainable relationship and ensure any opportunities for new business within the client portfolio are identified and converted into revenue growth.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and develop trusted adviser relationships with key decision makers- Engage with clients to understand their overall strategy, business problems, and priorities and where we can deliver solutions.- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets that incorporate client retention, and uplift from increased usage and the sale of additional solutions.- Accountable for the adoption of, compliance with and support of the Iress commercial team’s ways of working through the roll out of the chosen sales framework, embracing usage of Global CRM, processes, tools, templates.- Produce and implement successful client management plans.- Lead commercial negotiations and ongoing revenue forecasting for clients.- Work with clients to implement and ensure adoption of Iress products. This includes proactively educating clients on new release functionality or features and benefits this brings to their business.- Support the delivery of new and enhanced product features and propositions to the market by establishing clear adoption and account plans, following the necessary internal process to engage specialists for complex requirements.- Is a point of escalation and information for client support teams and may be occasionally required to assist with the management of tickets to ensure optimal client experience is maintained.- Build and maintain a strong industry network including with current and potential clients and including opportunities to promote the Iress brand at events.

Does not aim to keep the status quo when there are better ways.- Excellent negotiation skills and organisational skills- Strong industry presence and knowledge- Strong commercial and financial acumen
