We have a great opportunity for a customer Service Representative to join Novalab dynamic and high performing Client Care team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinates with multiple functions across the company to ensure customer requests are handled with care and we are providing a high level of service. This role is team-oriented, and we want someone that possesses telephone, computer and problem-solving skills.

**As the Customer service rep, you will**:

- Communicate across multiple levels of the organization to coordinate proper resources as required to include project management, parts, service operations, and sales.
- Process and submit estimates to customers for all service as required.
- Maintain up to date queues within service enterprise tools.
- Contribute to team and have a commitment to achieve targets on a daily basis.
- Attention to detail, able to check, gather and record information in a reliable and consistent way.
- Responsible for transactions carried out, ensuring accuracy of review of documents against eligibility within scheme rules.
- Ensure compliance in all activities with the appropriate rule set.
- Be able to work under pressure with a high volume of work whilst treating all customers in a professional manner, and continuing to fulfill expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the service industry with relation to scheduling preferred
- Ability to resolve complex customer complaints and enquiries
- Ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly identify and effectively respond to internal and external customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Strong team player willing to do other functions as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
