**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for 12-month maternity cover to join our Customer Support team based in Ihumatao, Mangere. There is a possibility of this role becoming permanent, depending on the business requirement.**
- Immediate start
- Full-time permanent role
- ** Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Every second Saturday (7:00 am-12:30 pm)**:

- Location: Ihumatao Road, Mangere (near Auckland Airport)

**The job**:

- Keying in orders and invoicing them in our ERP system.
- Ensuring all customer complaints are resolved with tact and efficiency.
- Working together and coordinating with various internal departments to address customer queries and concerns.
- Discussing product options with customers and Up-selling product lines

**The person**:
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, qualities, and attributes:

- Drive, Resilience and Exceptional People skills.
- A great communicator with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills, and reasonably good arithmetic skills
- Current full NZ driver's license
- Time management skills are necessary
- Attention to detail
- Prior NZ experience within this field will be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic food ingredients is essential.
