**The Role**

This is a key position within our East Tamaki commercial store that will see you responsible for providing overall support to the store, helping to maximise sales profitability through strong organisational and operational efficiency. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Your main duties day-to-day will be:

- Daily banking and accounts reconciliations
- Checking the accuracy and details of job cards is correct and up to date for invoicing
- Credit control, accounts payable and processing purchase orders
- Monitoring and keeping track of stock (ie. Stock in Transit, assisting with Stocktakes, etc.)

**To be successful you will need**:

- Strong computer literacy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen eye for detail and strong level of accuracy within your work
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however the right attitude will see you go further
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
