**What you will be doing**:
This position will suit an experienced Office Administrator and allow you to contribute your skills to a dedicated and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of our busy Onehunga office. This is a dynamic role where your experience will ensure the office and site activities are well-organised and efficient and will include a wide variety of taskings including.
- Site visits -to stay on top of admin tasks across sites, including maintaining and updating site registers
- Helping the Office Manager with office and site events
- Order and maintain stationery supplies, kitchen stock, and other miscellaneous office items required for the main office and site offices
- Maintain an efficient filing and archiving system following the Project procedures and quality control frameworks
- Prepare purchase order (PO) documentation and receipt the dockets with JDE
- Attend to general incoming queries, directing them to relevant staff members

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Current Class 1 Driver’s Licence.
- NCEA Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the construction sector is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential.

**All successful applicants will be required to undertake a Ministry of Justice and pre-employment drug and medical checks.
