**About this role**
This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and you will be working alongside a wonderful team. You will be a strong administrator who enjoys working within a team in a role where no two days are the same. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and is confident that they can hit the ground running as you will be the next go-to person with all aspects of administration and business support.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Managing an inbox for the office
- Overview of room booking system in collaboration with technology teams
- Ordering office stationery and consumables
- Assisting with building facilities and maintenance
- Support on large team meetings, office events and catering throughout the year
- Building and maintaining strong client/customer relations
- Processing invoices
- Reception cover as and when required
- Ad hoc reporting and administration as required
**For this role you will require**:
- A warm and professional manner with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong drive to learn and develop
- A strong eye for detail is a must
