**About InZone Education Foundation**:
InZone Education Foundation is a New Zealand registered charitable trust (2011) that aims to inspire and support Māori and Pasifika youth to take their place in the cultural, economic and civic leadership of Aotearoa New Zealand - all within a supportive whānau environment.
We achieve this by providing boarding kāinga (hostels) ‘InZone’ of our partner schools, Auckland Grammar School and Epsom Girls Grammar School, working closely to support, inspire and empower rangatahi to reach their full potential. Through their time at InZone, rangatahi are immersed in all aspects of the community, with a focus on academic, sporting and cultural activities.

If you enjoy building relationships and supporting a high performing team, we'd love to hear from you We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team, keep our office working and moving The hours are flexible and include parking and meals.
**The role will see you**:
- Supervise and plan the work of other administrative staff
- Assist with HR process for induction of new staff
- Take minutes, manage admin, and prepare board reports
- Ensure the office meets health and safety requirements
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Organise meetings, manage events, and take minutes
- Maintain records, computer files, databases and websites
**The fit**:
- Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
- The ability to work in a small team and independently, unsupervised
- Computer skills, including word-processing and using relevant computer software
- The ability to keep information confidential
- An understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- Excellent interactive and interpersonal attributes
- Have a passion for youth development
- Be open to learning and working with Māori and Pasifika kaupapa
