**Office Administrator**

We have a great opportunity for an office all-rounder to join our team Working with a membership-based organisation who are at the forefront of the Property industry, this role is pivotal to the smooth running of our office environment.

The role is varied, and it has two key support functions, those being; Co-ordination of business service functions with administrative and maintenance support and supporting the Regional Manager with key administrative tasks to assist in delivering our highly regarded events.
**Key tasks;**

General administrative support to Regional and Auckland events teams:

- Confirming attendees
- Processing event registrations
- Name tags
- Prepping and distributing marketing collateral
- Event attendance to support any admin requirements

Office administration:

- Maintain and order office supplies
- First point of contact - greeting guests, meeting room co-ordination, catering
- Office maintenance contact for cleaners, repairs etc
- Process publication orders and maintain library records
- General adhoc office administration
**To be a success in this role you will**:

- Have a solid administrative support background
- Be professional in both presentation and communication
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle many tasks
- A positive, upbeat and friendly personality
- Solid technology skills
