We are looking for someone who is passionate and highly energised who has proven experience in providing amazing claims experiences to play a key role in supporting the team to deliver results and ensuring our customers are delighted.

In this role, you will support and guide the Claims team members with your technical knowledge and coaching to ensure we are delivering simple and rewarding claims experiences for customers every time. You will be confident resolving complaints and be ready to take urgent customer calls when the Claims Manager is not available. You will have an ability to think on your feet and problem solve to come to satisfactory resolutions and have a strong attention to detail.

This is a role that will appeal to a technically savvy, people person - someone keen to get involved and who has masses of energy and motivation. Opportunity exists to build your career and along the way and develop your leadership skills
