It takes our people to achieve this and we’re looking for a Senior Claims Consultant to join our Claims team. This is a permanent full-time position based in Wellington or Auckland.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Senior Claims Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the claims process, ensuring claims files are thoroughly assessed and appropriate decisions are made within the scope of relevant policies.

Work Experience

We are searching for an experienced claims person, ideally having worked with a rehabilitation focus. Because this role will be managing complex claims and making solid recommendations around the outcome of a claim, we require someone analytical and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy.
