This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager with proven experience in an agile change environment to join the Strategic Execution & Change team in Auckland. The purpose of this role is to shape, design, lead & facilitate change management activity for complex, enterprise-wide projects, helping BNZ to ensure the successful delivery of transformational goals & strategic outcomes. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with our Head of Enterprise Change, who let us know the following about the role: What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? - Accountable Change Programme Lead for the design & delivery of change management plans & artefacts - Sizing of change effort required to support the delivery of transformational change programmes - enlist & lead change, communications & learning teams - Engage with stakeholders across BNZ to understand impacts generated by change initiatives & appropriate activities to support customers & colleagues - Measure whether change is landing effectively to our customers & colleagues - Contributing to the ongoing maturity of the BNZ Change Practice delivery What is the team culture and environment like?
