**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for providing change management leadership, management, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of change across key Beca’s key strategic initiatives. This role will work across our business engaging, influencing and directing the business to ensure the most appropriate strategy is designed and implemented to maximise benefits realisation while minimising impact to the business as they transition and adopt the associated changes. This will include being accountable for delivery of the change related outcomes across the enterprise.

The role serves as a bridge between the project team and the business to ensure the programme is positioned to ensure our business embraces, adopts and uses the change in the right way to maximise business value.

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

You are curious, with an adaptive mind-set, comfortable to pivot and re-set in response to evolving business priorities. With a proven track record as a Senior Change Manager working on large transformational change, you offer strengths of exceptional collaboration and communication attributes.

You embrace challenges and can navigate your way through ambiguity. You promote innovation, and lead through a continuous improvement lens. Your technical competence in change management is recognised, with core capabilities as an excellent communicator, problem-solver and critical-thinker; and the ability to identify and remove barriers, enabling teams to fulfil goals and deliver results.

As a maturing Change Management Practice, you will feel comfortable bringing all your experience to the table to help build a strong Change Management competency for Beca, including mentoring more junior members of the team.
