**The Opportunity**:
AsureQuality is a large government owned organisation that delivers a broad range of services that make a meaningful impact for New Zealand's primary industries.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, plan, implement, evaluate and continuously improve change strategies to ensure the success of the two Strategic Projects
- Facilitate a collaborative approach to change across the organisation
- Build ownership and capability in change leadership
- Maximise the uptake of new ways of working driven by these projects which will drive benefit realisation from them as rapidly as possible

**Benefits**:

- Full-time (40 hours per week) | Monday to Friday, with start time flexibility
- Hybrid working | work in the Mount Wellington, Auckland office and WFH
- Large & complex high profile projects with full support from Board and Executive

**Key Requirements**:

- Have prior experience in Senior Change Management roles, ideally within a large organisation
- Prior experience managing complex projects focussed on driving change across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, self-managing & cope well in situations of ambiguity
- As a natural leader, you will be driven, approachable and enjoy coaching and supporting others
- Excellent communication skills & able to confidently present updates to Board and Executive level managers
