We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our Transformation team to support and facilitate successful delivery of programme's and projects. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our people and teams to adapt and respond to legislative, technology and business change through collaboration and human-centered design.
Te tūranga - The role The Senior Change Manager is responsible for managing change through planning, implementation and helps ensure that projects and initiatives are connected enterprise-wide and achieve their outcomes and benefits.As our Senior Change Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Bank's Transformation team and will provide strategic and operational change advice and support. The Transformation team has a mandate to shape organisational change strategy and methodology at the highest level, and to support projects and initiatives across our Groups.You will be responsible for leading and facilitating business change management activities across discrete projects and initiatives, including all planning, analysis and implementation of change activities and building and developing strong business relationships. You'll be an inclusive influencer able to work closely and collaboratively with senior leaders, project and programme leaders and the wider transformation community to design, develop, align and achieve our business programmes.With your expertise and natural drive, you'll be an ambassador for cultural and behavioural change and draw on your influencing skills to help us achieve our objectives and vision of Great Team, Best Central Bank - Matangirua ki Matangireia.

- Ability to lead as well as work collaboratively with and through others.
