eCommerce is one of the highest strategic priorities for Foodies and our ambition is to create a multi-channel network, leveraging the strengths of our members to refocus our digital front and customer experience.

**About the role**

Reporting to our Head of eCommerce, you’ll lead a team of Operations Development Managers and Project Managers. Playing a pivotal strategic role in delivering an exciting programme of work within eCommerce to delivering key projects across technology, store operations and customer experience.

To achieve this, you’ll:

- Define the long term strategy for eCommerce that delivers a balanced portfolio of benefits across customer experience, sales growth and operational efficiency
- Manage the end to end transformation lifecycle from initial ideation through to the successful implementation of key initiatives
- Lead and support an experienced team of project managers and demonstrate an engaging and effective leadership style
- Shape, manage and deliver a programme of key strategic, high impact eCommerce projects working closely with technology teams
- Coordinate, manage and deliver industry leading solutions by ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget and to the agreed deliverables as defined during the project initiation process

**About you**

As a senior strategic leader, you’ll be passionate about eCommerce, technology and future innovation with the ability to define what customers want today and what they will want in the future. Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders, you’ll also have a track record of working closely with technology partners internally and externally.

You’ll also have:

- Relevant formal qualification such as PMI or PRINCE2
- Experience in delivering successful large-sized projects ($1m+ Capex)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques necessary for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to contextualize situations so that issues can be viewed within a strategic setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify, monitor and manage the risks and implement risk management strategies
