**About the role**

We have an extremely exciting and rare opportunity to join a world class Learning & Development Team at Foodstuffs (Foodies) in a newly created role for our Support Centre of 2000+.

We’re excited to be recruiting for this role. It is a niche opportunity for a passionate and experienced OD/Learning Practitioner, and we know it will be very rewarding. Also, you’ll have a supportive team and all the flexibility you need

**About you**

You will have substantial leadership and talent development experience obtained through HR, OD and/or Learning and Development roles and can confidently partner with Senior Leaders.

We are looking for someone who can contribute strategically with good stakeholder management and people leadership skills, experience coaching leaders, facilitating, leading change and a passion for diversity and inclusion.

Experience working in Retail would be preferred, or a willingness to learn about and love working in retail
