**About the role**

As an eCommerce Operations Development Manager you’ll play a pivotal strategic role in some of the most exciting projects within eCommerce and some really exciting projects. You will identify opportunities, issues, ideate and test options before project managing the successful delivery of the right solutions to support our stores to deliver either sales growth, customer service improvement or reduce cost.

To achieve this, you’ll:

- Lead and manage end to end new initiatives from ideation to delivery across eCommerce
- Deliver high level business targets within customer experience, customer growth or efficiency
- Work closely with frontline store colleagues as well as data to really understand the performance of the business and how it can be improved
- Develop project plans, roadmaps and successful ensure all technology, resource and capital needs are met for the projects under development

**About you**

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager with effective stakeholder engagement skills and experience working in a customer facing business. As a self-starter able to lead the end to end improvement process from ideation to delivery, you’ll also be familiar with the latest customer and technological trends and will have a strong desire to work on some of the most cutting-edge solutions in eCommerce

You’ll also have:

- Relevant formal qualification such as PMI or PRINCE2
- Experience in delivering successful large-sized projects ($1m+ Capex)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques necessary for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to contextualize situations so that issues can be viewed within a strategic setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify, monitor and manage the risks and implement risk management strategies
