eCommerce is one of the highest strategic priorities for Foodies and our ambition is to create a multi-channel network, leveraging the strengths of our members to refocus our digital front and customer experience.

**About the role**

As the eCommerce Insights Manager, you’ll be part of a future focussed, strategic team who ensure we are leveraging and growing our customers digital and loyalty experience. You’llbe at the forefront of driving the growth and success of our digital platform, collaborating cross-functionally to provide a customer-led approach to all aspects of our eCommerce business.

With access to data analytics tools and a wealth of customer data, you will also:

- Analyse customer data, market trends, and industry research to gain deep insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and shopping patterns
- Deriving actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance the customer experience on our digital platform
- Work with the team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive the growth and success of the eCommerce business
- Identify opportunities for expansion, setting goals, and defining metrics for success
- Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to process and analyse large datasets,identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation
- Stay up-to-date and continuously explore new tools, methodologies, and innovations to enhance the company's digital capabilities and stay ahead of the industry trends

**About you**

Having held eCommerce or digital marketing roles with a focus on data analysis, customer insights, and strategy development, you’ll have proven analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll also:

- Be proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Have knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online retail technologies, and digital marketing strategies
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
