**About the role**

This is an exciting role within the New World Marketing and CX team where you can make a real difference creating sustainable and profitable growth. You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for supporting development and delivery of brand-building marketing activities for New World to drive key long term brand equity and sales growth. This opportunity will have you developing relevant and distinctive brand communications & campaigns for our customers to drive connection, loyalty and a competitive advantage for New World. You will work closely with agency partners to ensure high standards of creative execution and implementation across all media and New World stores.

You’ll have a proven track record in a similar role with sustained brand building success. Your experience with integrated campaigns and understanding of the interplay between brand and retail will set you up for success to deliver impactful results. You’ll be a strong collaborator who brings teams together and takes them on the journey.
