eCommerce is one of the highest strategic priorities for Foodies and our ambition is to create a multi-channel network, leveraging the strengths of our members to refocus our digital front and customer experience.

**About the role**

As the eCommerce Digital Manager, you’ll be part of a future focussed, strategic team who ensure we are leveraging and growing our customers digital trading experience across all eCommerce channels. You’llspearhead and oversee the advancement of our online eCommerce digital change to create a world leading online retail environment that is data driven and customer focused.

To achieve this, you’ll:

- Work with IT Product owners to prioritiseeCommerce digital initiatives to drive loyalty and return on investment in the FSNI digital retail streams
- Build a digital eCommerce roadmap that clearly shows what has been priotitised and their benefits
- Maximise online conversion through identification and development of effective customer journeys
- Develop and implement the digital strategy for Foodstuffs North Island's eCommerce platforms
- Continuously enhance the website's user experience, optimizing navigation, usability, and accessibility to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Partner with the other key stakeholders in the development of new products and services to create new revenue opportunities
- Develop initiatives that bridge digital and traditional store experiences to drive greater customer engagement and sales

**About you**

With Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing roles, or digital change delivery preferably within the retail industry you’ll have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and best practices.

You’ll also:

- Be proficient in web analytics tools, digital marketing tools, and content management systems
- Have demonstrated ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
- Possess excellent project management and organizational skills
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Be proactive with an innovative mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing eCommerce landscape
