**About the role**: We are looking to employ a **Finance Administrator** within our Accounts Payable team based at our head office in Christchurch.

Although we are looking for experience in Accounts Payable, a real “can do” attitude & a willingness to go the extra mile will be a winner

If you want to experience working with a well-established Construction Company; large enough to deliver excellence across multiple disciplines while remaining small enough to have a family feel, then this could be the role for you.

**You will **be responsible for:

- Processing and paying supplier invoices
- Daily bank reconciliation and transfers
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
- Setting up new suppliers
- Cover for the receptionist and general administration tasks

**What you bring to the role**:

- Experience in accounts payable or contract administration is a definite advantage
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and thrive with changes in a rapidly growing company
