Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Integrations, you’ll own Cin7’s integration priorities including with our strategic ecosystem partners, e.g. Shopify and Amazon. This Product Manager will engage with customers, partners, and cross discipline teams within Cin7 to develop and execute on commercial priorities for all ecommerce, marketplace and shipping integrations between Cin7 and our partners. You'll be responsible for understanding and building an ongoing rhythm with ecosystem partners, navigating the competitive landscape and developing a compelling plan for Cin7 to win based upon proven past experience, technical innovation, and product vision. **Duties & Responsibilities: **: - Own and manage our all up Integrations priorities for Cin7. - Engage with Product and Executives at partner organizations to drive product roadmap alignment and identify key strategic engagements to differentiate our offering in the market - Ensure our integrations are built to the latest API and/or tech stack of partner solutions and delivered per plan - Work closely with engineering team to translate requirements, partner and customer feedback into features, validate the integration approach and be a technical SME for the integration scenarios - Collaborate with the Partnerships team to drive alignment and joint success with strategic partners. - Accountable for overall customer experience with integrations. - Identify opportunities for evolving, expanding with current integrations or new integrations. - Lead partner conversations to address joint customer issues/errors in integration in collaboration with engineering, customer success, marketing, sales and support organizations. - Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging (and improving) established processes, tools, and communication methods. - Collaborate with internal teams to capture "voice of customer", gather and rank competing priorities, and improve the product integrations. - Define, articulate, and deliver a product strategy that has both vision and a foundation in Cin7 unique capabilities and product strengths. - Drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for building the ecosystem of partners with whom Cin7 integrates. - Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with internal teams, partners, and executive leadership. - Help lead go-to-market activities, working closely with product marketing to ensure new capabilities are released to market with high value and drive customer usage. **Competencies & role/education requirements**: - Approximately 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical, partner or customer-facing role. - A self-motivated, dedicated teammate with innovative ideas to inspire customer adoption and bias for action. - Technical knowledge of APIs and tech stack to work with partner product and engineering teams and our internal engineering and support teams. - You’re curious, inventive, and work to be a little better every single day. - You naturally possess a high level of compassion and pay close attention to the needs of customers. - Has handled difficult integration challenges and can point to examples of providing resolutions. - Can work cross-functionally to find solutions. - Has motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly. - Value relationships with customers and colleagues. - Contribute to a positive team environment of equality and inclusion. **Why work for us?**: - Flexible working - 3 days work from home per week as well as well as the option to work 30 days a year every six months remote from anywhere in the world - Fully paid health insurance - Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off - A Global Wellness Day celebrated companywide, providing you a dedicated holiday to focus on your own wellbeing. - Monthly Social Fridays drinks and food on us - Discounted gym membership as well as discounts at some local eateries etc - Recruitment referral bonus - Relaxed dress code - Modern office in Grafton complete with pool table, table tennis, PS5, Coffee machines etc
