Product Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a** Product Manager**, you will have the unique opportunity to work on the full spectrum of product management including strategic market planning, business case development, product concepts and roadmap, product requirements, creating business plans, market positioning, sales readiness, and product launch/ NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, ownership of product commercialization in your geo region, to be a contributing member and local leader on the product management team in your market.

Further responsibilities will include:

- Use Voice of Customer to understand market trends, needs, and opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of products from ideation, and business case to go-to-market strategies
- Define and manage initiatives within the product roadmap
- Ensure cross-functional readiness and launch products successfully
- Deliver on key metrics around product line financials focusing on customer growth, annual contract value, and operating profit
- Lead strategic projects for the organization to deliver new capabilities and partnerships
- Be the key liaison with sales, customer success, and service delivery teams supporting and managing customers and partners
- Work with R&D on product requirements, design specifications, EPICs, and user stories
- Cross-functional leadership across R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and strategic partners to develop integrated product offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments and target markets

**To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience in product management or product commercialization role
- Previous experience in all aspects of the product management process, especially strategic market planning and market positioning
- Experience managing hardware / mobile IoT products in a SaaS environment
- Previous experience working in the Telematics industry would be an advantage
- Previous experience managing all aspects of the product management process, especially strategic market planning and market positioning
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement
- Born problem solver with demonstrated skills in project and time management
- Team player, facilitating a supportive environment for the Product team to be successful
- Ability to travel (30% travel involved)
