**The opportunity**

With global expansion underway, they have a need for a Product Manager who can define the direction of their product through research, vision-setting and alignment. This, in turn, will allow their customers to supercharge their customer experiences like never before.

Simply put, opportunities like this do not present themselves often in New Zealand. The opportunity to shape and lead an entire Product strategy is not to be missed for a global vendor, expanding fast.

**The role**

You will be responsible for shaping and guiding the Product strategy at a well-funded, fast-growth SaaS start-up.

**What’s important here?**
- Strategically plan, laying out major areas of investment so you can prioritise what matters most and achieve your product goals
- Own the product roadmap — a timeline that visualises what you will deliver and when
- Listen to customer feedback and convert this into a plan whilst creating a product roadmap with a clear vision
- Use natural inquisition and curiosity to analyse data and research consumer insights and customer trends

The commercial outcomes of this specific product are pivotal to the success of the entire portfolio. This is a growth role.

**Your fit**

Being forward-thinking, highly influential, and being able to walk people through the rationale behind a decision are paramount for this role. Using your experience to deliver the vision and roadmap and playing a pivotal role in delivering a product that excels in delivering a positive customer experience, you’ll have:

- Established experience in product management
- Experience in defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with them
- Genuine expertise in setting the product vision and roadmap

You'll have a blend of skills; product knowledge and an ability to align product with the customer’s vision.
