As Product Manager, you will guide the product lifecycle management process, from ideation to scoping, build, delivery and launch - working in close partnership with business stakeholders to define and execute product priorities and strategic vision.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, the Product Manager is a key member of a team responsible for the product evolution and business performance of the NZME digital group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive NZME digital audience growth and engagement through implementation of focused product strategy and roadmaps
- Leverage content and audience insights to deliver best in class User Experience and meet digital OKRs
- Use product discovery tools to research and assess innovation opportunities and drive evolution of your products
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure that Customer and commercial interests are balanced and aligned.
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 3 years’ experience in product management and be able to demonstrate proven success in a digital media environment.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience working in cross functional agile teams and understanding of agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, working with various stakeholders from throughout the business to create a results driven, team-oriented environment.
- Customer first mind set and empathy for internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- High degree of self-awareness and ability to understand stressors and manage stress in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Practical experience with prioritisation frameworks and techniques
