Additionally, you will be required to: - Define and manage the product vision that aligns with our company's strategy and goals and run market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, competition, and customers - Plan the strategic direction of the product, outlining the progression of product releases and setting timelines for development - Manage the product lifecycle, product backlog, prioritising items based on business value, user needs, and market trends - Create user stories that reflect the needs of the end user, and prioritise these stories based on value - Collaborate closely with the sales, development, and customer success teams, assisting with issue resolution during development - Measure product performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide data-driven decisions **What you'll need to succeed**: - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science is preferable - Demonstrated experience in Product Management for a minimum of 3 years - A strong drive to work in a fast-paced, globally focused, Software as a Service (SaaS) company. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - A track record of leadership in other teams with the ability to hire, develop and expand team members to reach and attain outsized growth opportunities - Proven experience with process flows and a constant improvement focus within fast-growth businesses - High level of competency with customer and market driven data analysis, delivering clear insights into product design built around strong product / market fit principles - Embrace change management over the status quo. - Strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude - You will need working rights in NZ for this role **What you'll get in return** - You will join a fun workplace that encourages curiosity and values high performance - You will get the chance to influence and shape the future of innovative products - Enjoy meritocracy and career advancement in this growing organisation **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. 2789428
