Joining our talented team, you’re accountable for delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of your product. Our Product Managers have strategic influence, commercial accountability and they inspire cross-functional teams to build industry-leading products to solve real problems for our customers and maximise business value. As a Product Manager you are also a key contributor towards the mission and vision of our Product Practice.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The focus of this Product Manager role is to lead the technical squad toward strengthening and maturing our CRM, shaping the digital experience for our agents and growing complementary service channels, as appropriate. Looking to the future, there is significant scope to work closely with our Customer Care and Digital teams to ensure that best-in-class service experiences for our customers are prospectively built into WooliesX NZ’s current and future deliverables.

In this role, you’ll be responsible to:

- Collaborate across Squads, Tribes, Customer Care and wider Business Stakeholders to champion digital Customer Care tools and to maximise end-to-end value
- Lead the Customer Care & CRM squad through outcome focused (OKR) discovery, delivery and iteration
- Be comfortable in a Product Management role within an API and event-driven digital ecosystem
- Stakeholder engagement with Customer Care to ensure that digital tooling is value add, fit for purpose and enables agents to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Work closely with Architecture and the wider Woolworths Group to align with key Technology Roadmaps
- Foster a sustainable culture of high performance and lead by example
- Understand your product; its customers, value potential, roadmap, lifecycle and performance; and share this with clarity and enthusiasm around our business
- Join WooliesX NZ’s product community to contribute, learn, share and become a product evangelist at our organisation

We're looking for a Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Be data driven, customer obsessed and outcome focused
- Have experience constructing a product roadmap and managing a backlog
- Have strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Be comfortable leading in a technical domain
- Optionally, experience in similar fields, such as Customer Care, CRM, self service tools
