**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We are seeking an adaptable and highly organised **Event Administrator** to join the Events Team, within Campus Life.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Events, work collaboratively in a fast paced and passionate team, and contribute to providing quality services to enhance, support and serve the University community through a wide range of events and conferences.

You will be responsible for providing financial administration including processing accounts payable/receivable/credit control, maintain data within Salesforce, and completing account reconciliation.

You will also be involved with providing administrative and internal support, including liaising with potential event suppliers and venues, and supporting event planners during the initial setup of individual event planning.

This is a **full-time** (37.5 hours per week), **permanent** opportunity.
The remuneration is $50,700 - $63,900 depending on skills and experience.

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, have an interest and high level of skill with financial administration, and have good time management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to relate to people.

You will be an effective communicator, with a high level of written and spoken English. You will also be adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
