**This job is required to perform**:
**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:
**1.Event Planning and Management**:

- Develop and implement event strategies and plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
- Create detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and evaluate their success through feedback and metrics.

**2. Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling brand content and visuals.
- Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements based on market research and feedback.
- Manage the creation and distribution of branded materials, including brochures, social media content, and promotional items.

**3.Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, an partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and messaging.
- Handle on-site event coordination and act as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries.

**4.Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Analyze event outcomes and brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

**5. Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- At least 3 years work experience in event planning, brand management OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
