This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic & enthusiastic person with a passion for event and network planning
As a RACP Network Administrator you will support the Adult Medicine and Paediatric and Child Health Network Directors with the coordination and organisation of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) training programme, across the Auckland regional network.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
It is preferred that you will have a Diploma in Business or Health and have intermediate/advance MS Office knowledge and experience.
You will work in a team as well as independently, managing and coordinating multiple projects to deadlines.
Another key element of this role is to develop and maintain intranet and internet content, including the development of materials, to advertise educational programmes, events and resources.

**A typical day on the job may include**:
- Organising venues, equipment, catering and scheduling of events
- Scheduling programmes, speakers
- Coordination of the delivery of each event
- Organising projects as required
- Tracking finance

You will be required to embrace digital tools, ensuring organisational effectiveness, and maintain appropriate office systems to enable the Network to function effectively, and provide accurate and up to date documentation, ensuring data integrity is maintained.
