**A bit about the role**:
The Service Delivery Manager - Cleaning provides leadership, business management, personnel management, safety leadership and drive for commercial results for all cleaning contracts within a defined area of operations.

Primary accountability for all day-today operational cleaning and related services across a defined region while ensuring all KPI’s are achieved in full and on time. Understand and grow the specialised cleaning sector of the business through new business, training and development and reducing subcontractor requirements.

**We are looking for a team member who has**:
Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in leading, supervising, financial management and client relationship
Trade or service line-based qualifications are preferred
Focus on customer service and delivery of quality outcomes.
Strong financial and P&L experience
Building effective teams and can demonstrate and see value in sharing wins and successes
