Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Due to the retirement of a long-standing employee, we have a vacancy within our Data & Technology team for an IT Service Delivery Manager. As part of our Data & Technology function this role is designed to manage the delivery of business led technology services, ensuring they are fit for purpose to meet current and future need.
You can be the successful bridge between an operations focused business unit and Data and Technology.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our operations, this role does have an on-call component. You will be part of an on-call rostered team which will require being on call for one week in every five. This is a requirement of the role.
Mōu - About you
At the present time you will already operate as a Service Delivery Manager within an IT environment. You will have multiple years' experience working within IT and experience working within large corporate environment.
You'll be able to clearly articulate the following qualifications, skills and experience;
- IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation or equivalent.
- Agile Fundamentals / Foundation or equivalent.
- Experience with Infrastructure services
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport and maintain strong relationships
- Strong commercial acumen
