**Job Description**:
Our talented team are in search of another customer focused Product Manager to join our dynamic, focused, fast paced Global Product function.

This role will be responsible for all aspects along the product lifecycles of our products to ensure TOMRA Food delivers complete packhouse solutions and value for our customers. The role will bring extra focus to TOMRA's profitable growth with new product innovations focused on addressing customer needs, staying ahead of competition, and developing future-proof solutions.

**In this role you will**:

- Build a deep understanding of the customer, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify new opportunities and support decision making on innovation priorities.
- Build relationships with internal & external customers to understand customer's needs and translate them into project requirements.
- Develop and present business cases for new products and features, and work with the Innovation Council and Engineering Management to communicate and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Work with globally distributed Engineering teams to define the scope and objectives for development projects.
- Develop product line messaging, create content to support demand creation and sales interactions.
- Determine and optimize price positioning and monitor and improve costs to meet revenue and profitability goals.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering sciences, Business or similar.
- At least 5 years' professional experience in product management, project management or product development.
- Experience in the food industry or any other industry engaged in sensor technology is a plus.
- A proven ability to effectively manage projects to a desired outcome.
