An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Personal Assistant to the Director at our office in Auckland. This is a full-time permanent position for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
**The Job Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Provide support at meetings including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain Client Ledger
- Take dictation using shorthand or a Dictaphone.
- Event Management & Marketing Assistance
- Manage client hospitality and event invitations as required.
- Liaising with colleges for agreements and enrollments
**The ideal applicant should have**:
- Well-developed people skills and high emotional intelligence with an ability to effectivelycommunicate, prioritise and problem-solve.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential as experience typing fromdictation and familiarity with Microsoft software.
- Enjoy working with people and a natural desire to offer good service
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Hindi language skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Be organized and accurate
- Have IT skills and experience using Outlook, RealMe, DropBox and CRMs
- Have great references from any prior employer, relevant or not to this role
- The job is busy, varied and challenging but extremely rewarding and interesting for someonewith the right personality.
- Have strong leadership, motivational and people skill
preferred.
