Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Tauranga
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marble Skin Aestheticss management team, including the Clinic Director and other key personnel.
- Manage and maintain the Clinic Directors schedule, coordinate appointments, and organise meetings, ensuring optimal efficiency and prioritisation.
- Draft and prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Monitor and assist with various administrative tasks, such as file management, record keeping, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless clinic operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the clinics staff as necessary.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, both within the clinic and at external locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
**Requirements**:
- At least three years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative or
- A tertiary qualification at NQF Level 4 or higher in Business, Management or Administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge or experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
- High level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
