An exciting internal opportunity to step up and join our Operations team in Grenada

Do you enjoy helping and motivating people? As Operations Supervisor you will focus on providing direction and support for our urban driving team to ensure we are delivering top quality services and keeping the wheels moving for our local community.

**The role**:

- Engage and work closely with our team of drivers whilst fostering an environment that everyone wants to be a part of and brings out the best in our people.
- Drive the day-to-day delivery of our urban services, ensuring we operate reliable and effective transport by assigning the right driver to the right bus at the right time.
- Be a health and safety champion, whilst proactively promoting a mindset and culture which focuses on the safety and the wellbeing of our teams.
- Work with our yard and workshop teams to communicate effectively and enhance the operational capability of the business to enable consistent high quality service delivery.
