Whether it is because you love nature, the truly unique world heritage area, or the obvious draw card of skiing/riding the volcano, there are opportunities for real fun at every turn. **THE DAY TO DAY** Arguably one of the most important roles on the mountain, as a Barista you will be expected to pump out great coffee consistently to our customers. Other things we will need you to do are: - Competently operate the Point of Sale and EFTPOS system as required. - Provide outstanding customer service. - Communicate with the Supervisors and Head of Department on aspects associated with making great coffee. - Assist with cleaning and general upkeep of the Food and Beverage service areas. - Assist with cash handling. - Love your coffee. **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** Along with your friendly personality, we need you to bring your "A" game. Other necessities include: - Experience in producing coffees at a high volume and fast pace. - Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people. - Respond in a positive and proactive manner to feedback from Supervisors and Head of Departments. - Commitment to a strong customer service ethic. - Be punctual and reliable. - Bring high energy levels.
